2022 한국포장학회 추계 학술대회 대학원생 최우수구두발표상 수상/ 강준구(일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사과정 22) 학생

2022년 11월 11일, ‘2022년도 한국포장학회 추계학술대회[주제: 3S (Smart, Small, and Sustainable) 실현을 위한 패키징 혁신 기술과 미래]’에서 우리 대학 강준구(국민대 식품영양학과 석사과정 22학번, 지도교수 장윤지) 학생이 대학원생 최우수 구두발표상을 수상했다.
본 학술대회는 국내외 포장 공학 전문가들이 참석하여 포장 기술의 학문적인 발전을 도모하고 국내 포장산업의 기술 수준 제고를 위하여 선진 포장 기술 유입의 창구 역할을 하는 국내 최대 규모의 포장과학 기술분야 전문학회이다.
대학원생 구두 발표대회에서 강준구 학생은 ‘구리와 아연 나노입자를 함유한 나노셀룰로오스 용액 기반의 복합 필름 개발과 이에 따른 항바이러스 효능평가( Development of a Cu/Zinc nanoparticle-containing cellulose nanofiber composite film and its antiviral property)’ 연구를 수행하여 구두 발표대회 최우수상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
