취.창업페스티벌 “우수 포트폴리오” 부문 수상 / 지하니, 박시연(식품영양학과 18), 정지윤(20) 학생

지난 11월 30일(수) 우리 대학 과학기술대학에서 주최한 ‘2022년 제3회 취.창업페스티벌 잡(JOB)아라’ [우수 포트폴리오 부문]에서 식품영양학과 지하니, 박시연, 정지윤 학생이 각각 최우수상, 우수상, 장려상을 수상했다.
본 대회는 학생들이 진로에 대해 알아갈 수 있는 기회의 장을 마련하고, 취.창업에 대한 관심을 상기시키는 대회로 공모의 주제는 현장실습 및 인턴 후기/취업 커리어, 전공진로 관련 연구논문, 아이디어(창업) 기획 세 분야로 나누어진다.이번 공모에서 지하니 학생은 본인이 참가한 다수의 식품 분야 공모전과 풍부한 대외활동 경험을 유기적으로 풀어낸 ‘쓸모없는 경험은 없다’ 포트폴리오를 발표하여 최우수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
박시연 학생은 식중독 위해 요소인 장염 비브리오를 제어할 수 있는 신규 항생물질인 bacteriophage를 제안하는 ‘Characterization and genome analysis of bacteriophage VPy01 as a potent antimicrobial agent infecting antibiotic-resistant Vibrio parahaemolyticus’ 포트폴리오를 발표하여 우수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
정지윤 학생은 AI와 빅데이터를 활용하여 사용자의 건강 상태에 맞춰 영양소를 배분해 주고 식단 구성의 번거로움을 해소해 줄 수 있는 강점을 가진 개개인 맞춤형 식단 프로그램을 내용으로 ‘AI가 만들어주는 우리 밥상’ 포트폴리오를 발표하여 장려상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
