한국약제학회 추계국제학술대회에서 ‘Best Poster Award’ 수상 / 정은아(일반대학원 바이오의약전공 석박사통합과정 22) 학생

국민대학교(총장 임홍재)는 지난 1일부터 2일까지 더케이호텔서울에서 개최된 ‘2022 한국약제학회 국제학술대회’에서 응용화학부 바이오의약전공 정은아 학생(석사과정 22)이 Best Poster Award를 수상했다고 밝혔다.
이 대회는 1971년에 창립된 이래로 국내 약학 분야를 대표하는 학회인 (사)한국약제학회가 주관한 국제학술대회로 ‘Comprehensive Approach for Post-pandemic Drug Development using Bio-pharmaceutical Technology’를 주제로 개최됐다.
국민대 정은아 학생은 인공지능을 활용한 의약품 제형설계 최적화 연구를 수행해왔으며, 역류성식도염 치료제인 라베프라졸 유핵정과 기존 의약품의 비교검증연구에 대한 결과를 ‘Comparison between deep learning applied AI prediction data and actual experimental data for formulation optimization of rabeprazole’라는 제목으로 발표했다. 해당 발표는 미래 제약산업에서의 높은 활용 가능성에 대해 호평 받으며 Best Poster Award 수상의 영예를 안았다.
지도교수인 국민대 응용화학부 김주은 교수는 “국내 약학분야를 대표하는 한국약제학회의의 추계국제학술대회에서 지도학생이 큰 상을 수상하게 되어 매우 뜻깊게 생각한다”며 “앞으로도 국민건강증진을 위한 의미 있는 연구결과를 도출할 수 있도록 다양한 노력을 이어 나갈 것"이라고 전했다.
