중국 춘절 맞이 인구 대이동 관련 TV 인터뷰 참여 / 윤경우(중국학부) 교수

우리 대학 중국인문사회연구소장을 맡고 있는 중국학부 윤경우 교수가 중국의 가장 큰 명절인 춘절의 인구 대이동과 관련하여 연합뉴스TV 인터뷰에 참여했다.
윤 교수는 춘절 연휴를 앞두고 약 20억 명이 이동할 것이란 전망이 나오는 것에 대하여, 구체적인 수치를 언급할 수는 없으나 대규모의 인구이동이 있을 것이라고 관측했다.
나아가 코로나19와 관련하여 세계 각국의 우려에도 불구하고 중국이 방역의 빗장을 푼 것에 대해서는 많은 인구로 인해 적합한 의료체계의 원활한 공급에 한계가 있을 것이라고 정부가 판단하여 집단 방역 쪽으로 노선을 변경했다고 분석했다.
특히 이번 인터뷰의 진행을 맡은 이남규 아나운서는 우리 대학 중국학부 09학번 동문으로, 윤 경우 교수의 제자이기도 하다. 사제가 나란히 방송에 참여하며 특별한 의미를 더했다.
