'중국인 제외' 한국발 입국자 PCR 검사 관련 TV 인터뷰 참여 / 윤경우(중국학부) 교수

우리 대학 중국인문사회연구소장을 맡고 있는 중국학부 윤경우 교수가 중국의 '중국인 제외' 한국발 입국자 PCR 검사 관련하여 연합뉴스TV 인터뷰에 참여했다.
중국이 한국발 입국자에 대해 코로나19 검사를 시행하겠다고 했으나, 막상 시행되고 보니 자국민은 대상에서 제외하는 등의 조치를 취했다. 윤 교수는 이에 대해 내외국인 구별 없이 모두 PCR 검사를 하는 한국과는 다른 조치이고, 한국발 입국자가 대부분 한국인인 것을 감안할 때 사실상 차별조치로 비춰질 수 있다고 분석했다.
특히 중국이 경제나 여러 분야의 대외 이미지를 개선하기 위해서는 한국만 차별적 조치를 지속적으로 유지할 가능성은 낮다고 전망했다.
다만, 해외관광에 있어서도 한국, 미국, 일본이 제외된 것에 대해서도 보복성 조치라는 이야기에 대해서는 궁극적으로 완화조치가 취해질 가능성을 높게 보았다.
