2023 한국포장학회 추계 학술대회 우수포스터상 및 구두 발표 장려상 수상 / 박시연(일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사과정 23) 학생

지난 11월 14일(화)부터 17일(금), 제주 오리엔탈호텔에서 ‘디지털 전환 시대의 패키징 패러다임(Packaging paradigm meets digital transformation)’ 주제로 개최된 ‘제 64회 한국포장학회 추계학술대회 및 ISTA/APN 국제심포지엄’에서 우리 대학 식품영양학과 박시연(식품영양학과 석사과정 23학번, 지도교수 장윤지) 학생이 우수포스터상과 대학원생 구두발표 장려상을 수상했다.
본 정기학술대회는 국내외 포장 전문가들이 참석하여 포장기술동향 및 관련 정보를 상호 교류함으로써 포장 분야에 걸쳐 소재, 환경성, 시스템 등에 대한 학계, 연구계 및 산업계에서 개발한 결과를 발표하고 포장 기술의 학문적인 발전을 도모하고 국내 포장산업의 기술 수준 제고를 위하여 선진 포장 기술 유입의 창구 역할을 하는 국내 최대 규모의 포장과학 기술분야 전문학회이다.
국민대학교 박시연 학생은 알지네이트 필름에서의 이온 가교결합이 생물학적 방제제의 방출속도 및 항균 특성에 미치는 영향 [Effectiveness of ionic cross-linking in alginate films on the release of biocontrol agents and their antimicrobial properties] 연구를 수행하여 우수포스터상 및 대학원생 구두 발표 장려상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
