경영대학 주재우 교수가 롱블랙에서 새롭게 창간한 미디어인 Ep9과 함께 탈레스 테이세이라 교수와 인터뷰를 진행했다.
탈레스 테이세이라 교수는 하버드 비즈니스 스쿨에서 10년간 강의한 경영전문가로 현재는 UC샌디에이고 교수이다. 책 "디커플링"을 썼으며 이 책 하나로 LG와 삼성전자, 엔비디아Nvidia, BMW 등 빅테크 기업의 러브콜을 받았다. 지금은 CNBC의 '가장 혁신적인 스타트업 50'의 심사위원이기도 하다.
해당 인터뷰에서는 "고객에 집중하라는 말은 쉽지만 정말 어려운 일이고, 그만큼 중요하다"는 내용이 강조되었으며, 아래 내용에서 확인할 수 있다.
