한국반도체학술대회(KCS) 현장우수포스터상 수상 / 명승주, 안유림, 이성원(일반대학원 지능형반도체및디스플레이전공 박사과정 22) 학생

우리 대학 일반대학원 지능형반도체및디스플레이전공 박사과정 명승주, 안유림, 이성원 학생이 지난 2월 13일부터 15일까지 강원도 하이원 컨벤션타워에서 개최된 한국반도체학술대회에서 현장우수 포스터 우수상을 수상했다.
명승주 박사과정 학생은 일반대학원 전자공학과의 반도체 및 집적회로 연구실(S!LK, silk.kookmin.ac.kr)에 소속되어 정부 과제 및 산학 과제의 핵심연구원으로 참여해왔으며, 국민대학교 산학협력관 5층에 신설된 소프트 소자팹에서 트랜지스터 공정 및 차세대 반도체 소자 공정을 수립하는데 기여했다.
또한, 이성원 학생과 안유림 학생은 국민대학교 전자공학부를 학사 졸업 후 반도체 및 집적회로 연구실을 24년도 2월에 졸업하였으며, SAMSUNG과 LG Display에 입사하였다.
‘한국반도체학술대회’는 국내 최대 반도체 전문 학술대회로, 올해 제30회는 SK 하이닉스와 한국반도체산업협회, 한국반도체연구조합이 공동으로 주관하였다.
