VAIV x 한국정보과학회 생성 AI 경진대회 대상 수상 / 이재구(인공지능학부) 교수 연구팀

우리 대학 일반대학원 컴퓨터공학 석사과정 송승헌, 서정현과 전자공학부 김민성 학생(인공지능 연구실, 지도교수 이재구)이 2024 한국컴퓨터종합학술대회에서 주최한 VAIV x 한국정보과학회 생성 AI 경진대회에서 대상을 수상하고 우승상금은 200만원을 받았다.
VAIV x 한국정보과학회 생성 AI 경진대회는 LLM을 활용한 한국어 검색 요약 성능 향상을 목적으로 개최되었다. 인공지능연구실 팀은 Oracle 모델을 활용한 Knowledge Distillation 방법과 Preference Alignment 방법을 병합했다. 이 방법은 고품질의 데이터를 효과적으로 생성함과 동시에 사용자가 선호하는 방식으로 모델이 대답하게 하는 방법이다. 해당 방법을 통해 사람의 개입 없이도 효과적으로 성능 향상을 이끌어내어 좋은 평가를 받았다.
