NASA 휴스톤 화성탐험 미래우주인 연구분야 심사위원 선정 / 데이비드 윌리엄 김(교양대학) 교수

우리 대학 교양대학 데이비드 윌리엄 김(David William Kim)교수가 외국인(Non-American)으로는 이례적으로 미국 NASA의 공식초청을 받아 휴스톤의 Johnson Space Center에서 개최한 NASA우주프로잭을 이끄는 연구책임자들의 국제학술회의 (2025 NASA HRP IWS)에 미래우주인분야 심사위원으로 위촉됐다.
데이비드 윌리엄 김 교수는 새로운 연구프로젝트를 심사하고 관련학자, 우주인, 과학자, 기술자들, 우주산업기업들과 전문적인 교류를 전개하였고, KASA를 (항공우주청: Korea AeroSpace Administration) 와 KAIST에서도 아직 없는 한국 최초의 “우주인과 우주비행 연구소 (Korea Institute for Astronauts and Spaceflight: KIFAS)” 국민대 안에 설립하는 계획을을 공유하고 협력관계를 형성했다.
