2025 한국미생물·생명공학회 국제학술대회 대학원생 우수·장려포스터상 다수 수상 / 정지윤, 김민경(일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사과정 24), 윤현지(25) 학생

지난 6월 25일부터 27일까지 부산 벡스코(BEXCO)서 개최된 “2025년도 제 52회 한국미생물·생명공학회 정기학술대회 및 국제심포지엄”에서 우리 대학 식품영양학과 정지윤(일반대학원 석사과정 24), 김민경(석사과정 24), 윤현지(석사과정 25) 학생(이상 지도교수 장윤지)이 각각 우수 포스터 발표상과 장려 포스터 발표상을 수상했다.
본 정기학술대회는 ‘아카데미와 산업의 융합을 통해 미래 혁신을 주도할 기술들’을 주제로 총 38개의 학술 세션이 운영되었다. 합성 생물학, 마이크로바이옴, 온실가스 저감 기술, 미세플라스틱 생분해 기술 등 미생물·생명공학 분야의 최신 연구 주제를 다루는 국내 대표 미생물 연구 학회이다.
국민대학교 정지윤 학생은 식품 포장 내 박테리오파지의 방출 조절을 목적으로 [Innovative pectin film for sustainable antibacterial food packaging utilizing phage control] 연구를 수행하여 우수 포스터상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
김민경 학생은 버섯에 발생하는 세균 갈색 반점병의 병원균인 슈도모나스 톨라시의 제어할 수 있는 박테리오파지기반 파우더 제형 개발을 목적으로 [Phage-based powder formulation effictively controls pseudomonas tolaasii-induced brown blotch in mushrooms] 연구를 수행하여 포스터 발표 장려상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
윤현지 학생은 다제내성 균주를 제어하는 박테리오파지와 프리바이오틱스가 포함되어있는 다기능성 하이드로겔비드 제작을 목적으로 [Multifunctional hydrogel beads integrating bacteriophage and prebiotics for targeted control of multidrug resistance Klebsiella pneumoniae] 연구를 수행하여 포스터 발표 장려상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
