유럽경영학회 'EURAM 2026'에서 연구 성과 발표 / 서현정 학생(일반대학원 매니지먼트전공 박사과정 24) 학생

우리 대학 일반대학원 경영학과 매니지먼트전공 박사과정 서현정 학생(지도교수 김나정)이 지난 6월 9일 개최된 유럽경영학회 'EURAM 2026(European Academy of Management)' 연례 학술대회에서 연구 성과를 발표하였다.
유럽경영학회(EURAM)는 전 세계 경영학 석학들이 참여하는 권위 있는 국제 학술단체이다. '위기 극복: 혼란의 시대에서의 경영(Navigating High Waters - Managing in an Age of Disruption)'을 주제로 개최된 올해 연례 학술대회에서는 전 세계에서 엄선된 총 1,809편의 논문이 발표되었다.
서현정 학생은 특별 온라인 세션에서 '안전리더십 척도 개발 및 타당성 검증(Development and Validation of a Safety Leadership Scale)' 연구를 발표하였다. 본 연구는 동적 역량 관점을 도입해 환경 감지(Sensing), 자원 포착(Seizing), 시스템 재구성(Transforming) 기반의 새로운 척도를 개발하고, 실증 분석을 통해 안전리더십이 조직적·개인적 요소의 유기적 결합으로 발현됨을 규명하였다. 이는 불확실한 환경 속에서 조직의 유연한 안전 변화를 위한 새로운 패러다임을 제시하며 산업 현장의 안전리더십을 성공적으로 구조화했다는 평가를 받았다.
이번 발표 논문은 한국연구재단 지원 과제인 '안전리더십 척도 개발 및 타당화: 동적 역량 모형 중심으로'의 일환으로 진행되었다. 지난해 국내 대한리더십학회 우수논문발표상 선정에 이어 이번 유럽경영학회 발표로 이어지며, 국내외 학계에서 연구의 연계성과 타당성을 꾸준히 인정받고 있다.
이러한 성과는 우리 대학 박사과정의 글로벌 연구 역량을 국제 학계에 다시 한번 알리는 계기가 되었다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.
