국민대, 전공진로탐색 캠퍼스 프로그램 개최

국민대학교는 26일 입시설명회와 전공진로탐색을 함께 제공하는 캠퍼스 프로그램인 'KMU전진캠퍼스'를 개최한다고 25일 밝혔다.
전국에서 모인 600여명의 고등학생, 학부모, 교사들을 대상으로 바람직한 진로진학 선택을 돕기 위해 2015학년도 입시설명회와 캠퍼스 체험이 함께 진행된다.
조형대학, 언론정보학부, 자동차공학과 등 26개 전공에서 학과 소개, 전공 특강, 전공 체험, 선배와의 대화를 비롯해 입시·진로 상담, 자기소개서·면접 특강도 마련됐다.
윤경우 입학처장은 "학생들이 직접 캠퍼스를 찾아 전공을 체험하는 의미 있는 시간이 되길 바라며 앞으로 거점지역 중심으로 프로그램을 확대할 계획"이라고 말했다.
오는 8월8일에는 매년 2회 개최되는 'KMU 미래인재 캠프'가 열려 모의면접 등 다양한 프로그램이 제공된다.
한편 국민대는 모의전형, 전공진로탐색, 컨퍼런스 등을 통해 실질적인 입시정보를 공개하고 소외지역 현장방문 상담 및 모의전형 실시, 벽지 고교 초청 전공탐색 등을 펼쳐와 '2014년 고교교육 정상화 기여대학 지원 사업'에 선정됐다.
