서울과기대·광운대·국민대, 29일 ‘비즈니스 포럼 2016’ 개최

서울과학기술대학교는 “29일 교내 100주년 기념관에서 광운대와 국민대와 함께 ‘상생 START, IP 비즈니스 포럼 2016’을 개최한다”고 밝혔다.
이번 포럼에서는 3개 대학이 함께 하는 ‘연합기술지주회사 협약식’과 ‘대학보유 기술 설명회’가 진행된다.
서울 동북 4개구 3개 대학인 서울과기대와 광운대, 국민대는 이번 협약식을 시작으로 올해 안으로 연합기술지주회사를 설립하고 대학 보유 기술의 중소기업 이전을 추진할 계획이다.
이번 협약식을 통해 3개 대학은 각자의 장점을 최대한 살려 기술지주회사의 활성화를 도모하고, 기존 기술지주회사의 운영과 차별화되는 새로운 모델의 대학연합기술지주회사 출범을 준비할 예정이다.
이번 협약에는 ▲ 설립 및 운영을 위한 출자 및 전문인력지원 ▲ 공동성과 창출 ▲ 출자기관 창의자산의 직접 및 간접사업화를 통한 선순환 체계 구축 ▲ 지식재산관리·기술사업화·창업을 위한 공동프로젝트의 운영과 지원 등의 내용이 담겼다.
