늦은 귀가길
현관 앞에 택배 박스가 쪼그리고 앉아있다
고향에서 올라온 푸성귀들이다
동여맨 끈 위로 관절염 파스처럼
흰 종이가 붙어있다
버스로 전철로 핏줄처럼 얽힌 노선을
바꿔 타고 오느라 구겨져 있는 포장
삐뜰 글씨로 적어놓은 주소 줄은
굵은 펜으로 단호하게 수정되어있다
초인종을 누르고 창문을 올려다봐도
그 집이 그 집 같이
숫자로만 기억되는 아파트에서
물어물어 찾아오는 동안
기별 없이 왔다고 혹여 타박이라도 받을까 봐
마음 졸인 듯 풀이 죽어있다
잠겨있는 비밀 번호 앞에서 기진했을.
기다리다 깜빡 존 어머니
선잠에서 깨어나 박스 안에서 눈을 뜬다

충남 공주 출생, 국민대 대학원 졸업, 2001년 ‘시문학’으로 등단, 2008년 푸른시학상, 2012년 제3회 김춘수 문학상 수상, 시집 ‘몸 속에 시계를 달다’ ‘햇살 마름질’ 등, 한국시인협회 감사역임.
