서울시 성북구 정릉동에 국민대학교가 제4캠퍼스를 세운다.
서울시는 지난 30일 제15차 도시계획위원회를 열어 국민대학교의 세부시설조성계획 변경안을 각각 원안가결했다고 31일 밝혔다.
성북구 정릉동 861-1 일대에 있는 국민대학교는 이번 계획 변경안으로 제1·2캠퍼스 부지를 추가 편입하고 현재 기숙사로 활용 중이던 부지를 제4캠퍼스로 신설하게 된다. 아울러 일반관리구역 6개소, 상징경관구역 1개소, 외부활동구역 1개소, 녹지보존구역 2개소 등 10개 구역으로 구분된 세부시설조성계획을 수립하였다.
이날 회의에서는 노원구 상계동 205-4 일대에 있는 한국성서대학교 세부시설조성계획 변경안 역시 원안가결했다. 한국성서대학교는 학교 부지 내 자연녹지지역에 학생들의 교육시설을 확충하기 위해 이번 계획안에서 학교의 건폐율과 용적률을 각각 결정했다. 아울러 대학 캠퍼스 컨축이 가능한 1개 일반관리구역과 교내 농구장, 풋살장으로 중심으로 한 1개 외부활동구역을 구분해 세부시설조성계획을 수립했다.
