매월 14일은 ‘~데이’이다. 이번에는 3월이니 화이트데이가 기다리고 있다. 몇 년 전쯤만 해도 기념일 선물을 주고받으며 행복해하고 설레었었는데, 언제부턴가 그런 느낌은 사라진지 오래. 기념일이 찾아올 때마다 “에이 또 야~?”하는 식상함을 지울 수 없다.
그래도, 이런 기념일들에게 고마운 것은, 매년 이맘때마다 로맨틱한 기운을 느낄 수 있다는 것. 꼭 사탕을 줄 애인이 없더라도 누군가를 사랑하고 챙기는 모습이 참 사랑스럽게 느껴지는 기념일 시즌. 화이트데이에는 거짓말처럼 멋진 사람이 내 옆에 나타날 것만 같다.
국민*인의 이번 화이트데이가 궁금하다.
솔로에게는 로맨틱한 고백의 기회가, 연인들에게는 서로의 관계를 더욱 돈독히 할 수 있는 기념일. 이런 기념일에는 꼭 좋아하는 이성이 아니더라도 당신 곁의 소중한 누군가에게 마음을 표현할 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 수 있다. 이번 화이트데이에는 '누군가를 좋아한다는 감정'에 대해 곰곰이 생각해보는 국민*인의 모습을 기대한다.
문득, 지금쯤 햇빛 좋은 캠퍼스를 거닐고 있을, 그 어떤 사탕보다 달달한 국민*인 커플이 부러워진다.
