[포토에세이] '秋'에 물들다

여름날 유독 끊임없이 쏟아진 비는 어느새 말라 땅을 거칠게 갈라놓고서는 가을이 되자 따뜻한 햇살과 시원한 바람을 머금은 ‘단비’로 돌아왔다. 그 동안 가을을 간절히 기다리고 있었다며 높아진 하늘을 바라보자, 알아채기라도 한 듯 붉고 노란 옷을 차려입고 우리들의 마음과 교정을 ‘秋’의 빛깔로 한껏 물들였다.
낮과 밤의 큰 일교차 때문에 감기에 걸려도 크게 아프다고 느끼지 않는다. 정문 앞에 펼쳐진 은행나무 가로수 길을 걸을 때 노란 은행열매가 풍겨오는 냄새가 그리 싫지 않다. 점점 더 추워진다는 소식이 들려와도 지금이 좋다. 가을이기 때문에 볼 수 있고, 느낄 수 있는 것들에 대해 감사하며 ‘秋’에만 물들고 싶다.
