청춘, 듣기만 해도 두근거리고 설레는 단어이다. 때론 불안하고 막막해서 흔들리지만 그만큼 할 수 있는 것도, 하고 싶은 것도, 사랑하는 것도 넘친다. 그것이 청춘이다. 아프지만 소중하고 여리기에 더 아름답다. 스무 번째 일러스트 주제는 '청춘과 시간'이다. 우리의 청춘은 언제까지일까. 나의 청춘은 어떻게 지나가고 있나. 2013년이 다 끝나가는 시점에서 자신의 청춘을 돌아보며 감상해보자.
01 청춘, 그 찬란한 순간
꽃 같이 시들어 버릴 것을 알아도 그저 아름답구나. 영원하지 않기에 더 아름다운 청춘을 떨어지는 꽃잎으로 표현하였다.
02 늦었다고 생각할 때 포기하면 정말 늦어
청춘, 하고 싶은 일을 찾았지만 이미 늦었다는 생각에 마음을 접게 될 때가 있다. 하지만 늦었다는 생각은 우리들의 조바심일지도 모른다. 늦었다고 생각할 때 포기하면 정말 늦는 것이다. 시계바늘로 표현한 청춘의 시간을 감상해보자.
03 마음이 젊어야 청춘
청춘이란 마음의 젊음이다. 신념과 희망에 넘치고 용기에 넘쳐 나날을 새롭게 행동하는 한, 청춘은 영원히 그대의 것이다. _ 사무엘 울만
