2021학년도 2학기 개강 6~8주차 학부 수업운영 안내 (2021.9.28.기준)
1. 목적
가. 수도권 사회적 거리두기 4단계가 지속됨에 따라 ‘2021학년도 2학기 학부 수업운영 방안(2021.7.12.)’ 에 의거 개강 8주차까지 비대면수업 중심으로 학부 수업을 운영하고자 함.
나. 사회적 거리두기 4단계 장기화로 실험‧실습‧실기수업의 학습결손 우려가 심화되고 있어 대면수업 운영기준 완화를 통해 이를 개선하고자 함.
※ 코로나19 상황 변화에 따라 수업운영 방안이 재조정될 수 있음.
2. 수업운영 방안(개강 6~8주차)
가. 기간 : 2021.10.6.(수) ~ 10.26.(화) [중간시험기간 포함]
나. 운영방안
1) 현시점 사회적 거리두기 단계인 4단계를 적용하여 전면 비대면으로 수업을 진행함.
(단, 전공 실험‧실습‧실기수업에 한해 코로나19 비상대책위원회 승인을 거쳐 최대 9명까지 대면이 가능함.)
2) 중간시험
- 코로나19 비상대책위원회 대면수업 승인 교과목에 한해 대면시험 가능
※ 대면시험 시 ‘대면수업 운영 기준’을 준수하여 최대 9명까지만 대면이 가능함.
- 대면수업 미승인 교과목은 ‘비대면 시험’을 원칙으로 함.
3. 수업운영 원칙
가. 비대면 수업은 실시간 화상강의, 교강사가 직접 제작한 동영상 강의 및 두 방식 혼합형태를 위주로 진행함.
※ 동영상 강의 수강 시 유의사항
- 동영상 강의는 영상 재생을 출석으로 인정하며, 출결 기준은 대면수업과 동일함.
- 동영상 강의 동시 재생(수강)은 부정한 강의 출석(이중 출석)에 해당되며, 학점을 부여하는 수업의 출결관리는 엄격하게 이뤄져야 하는 바 동시 재생이 불가함.
나. 대면수업
1) 대면수업 시 안전거리 유지, 교강사·학생 전원 마스크 착용 등 방역원칙을 준수하여야 하며, 강의실 밀집도 기준을 고려하여 강의실을 확보하여야 함.
※ 수강생 수가 기준을 초과할 경우 수강생 수용이 가능한 강의실로 변경하거나 강의실을 추가로 확보하여 수업을 진행하여야 함.
2) 온라인수업 동시 제공 및 대면수업 불참자에 대한 차별 금지 [‘대면 허용’교과목 적용]
※ 해외·지방 거주자, 자가격리자, 대면수업 미동의자, 대면수업 수강인원 조정에 따른 대면수업 미참여자는 수업을 실시간 화상수업으로 생중계하거나 강의 녹화 동영상을 가상대학 통해 탑재하여 온라인수업 병행하여 제공
3) 코로나19 방역지침 준수
- 정·후문 발열체크, 강의실 손소독제 비치, 전원 마스크 착용, 마이크 덮개 교체, 강의실 수시 환기(수업 전후 및 수업 중 수시로 창문·출입문 개방) 및 방역, 에어컨 등 실내공기 순환방식의 공기정화장치·설비 사용 시 방역지침 준수
- 코로나19 감염증상(발열, 호흡기 증상 등)이 있는 경우 대면수업에 참여하지 않으며, 교강사에게 온국민 포털 K·TALK, 이메일 등을 통해 사전 신고하여 자가격리 할 수 있도록 하며, 교강사는 출결 불이익이 없도록 조치함.
4) 방역 및 구성원 통제는 각 단과대학에서 자체 계획을 수립하여 운영 :
담당 교강사가 방역책임자가 되어 학생 간 거리두기, 마스크 착용, 지정 좌석 착석 등 방역지침 준수 여부를 관리
5) 실내 다중체육시설(유도장, 체육관 등) 및 다중이용시설(전산실 등), 실외 다중체육시설(대운동장, 테니스장, 농구장 등)은 대면수업에 한하여 개방함.

1. Object
▣ As the social distancing standard ‘Stage 4’ is extended, classes of Undergraduate Program will be operated based on online until 8th week of the fall semester.
▣ As concerns about learning deficits in classes required with experiment, practical training are intensifying due to the prolonged social distancing Stage 4,
standards for face-to-face classes will be eased.
▣ The Plans for Fall 2021 can be changed, depending on the COVID-19 situation.
2. Plans (6th ~ 8th week)
▣ When : 2021.Oct.6.(Wed.) ~ Oct.26.(Tue) [including midterm exams period]
▣ Plan
1) All Classes are conducted online by applying the social distancing step-Stage 4 at this point.
(Face-to-face class is allowed only for classes from major required with experiment, practical training within maximum 9 students,
under the permission of the KMU COVID-19 Emergency Planning Committee.)
2) Midterm exam
- Face-to-face midterms are only for the pre-approved offline classes under the permission of the KMU COVID-19 Emergency Planning Committee.
※ Maximum 9 students can take an exam in a classroom according to the guideline for face-to-face class.
- For online classes, midterm exams are also conducted online.
3. Principles
▣ Online classes will be conducted with online live lectures or with recorded lectures, and in 2 mixed forms.
※ notes for online lectures
-The attendance will be counted when the video lecture is played，and the attendance standards will be applied same as the face-to-face classes.
-Simultaneous playback of video lectures will be considered as double attendance, and attendance management of classes that grant credits is strictly managed,
so simultaneous playback is not possible.
▣ Face-to-face classes
1) Instructors and students must follow the guidelines such as keeping the social distance, wearing masks
and also must secure a classroom capacity to meet the criteria such as maximum number of participating students and the density
compared to the number of students in the classroom.
※ If the number of students exceeds the standard, the instructor needs to change a classroom to bigger or needs to secure additional classrooms.
2) Providing online classes simultaneously and prohibiting reverse discrimination against those who do not attend offline classes
※ Instructors provide online classes for those who can’t attend the offline classes due to their status staying overseas or in local area, in quarantine, and etc.
3) Following the guidelines on COVID-19 prevention
- Taking temperature at front and back gates of school, equipping hand sanitizers in each classroom, wearing masks, replacing microphone covers,
refreshing the air frequently in classrooms, following the guidelines when using some equipment required air circulation like air conditioner
- Not allowed to attend offline classes for those who have any symptoms of COVID-19(fever, respiratory symptoms, etc.)
- Mandatory for those who have any symptoms of COVID-19 to report in advance to their instructor by K*TALK, E-mail, etc. and to be in quarantine
- No disadvantage in attendance for those who can’t attend offline classes due to any symptoms of COVID-19
4) Each department operates offline classes under their own plan for COVID-19 prevention
- Instructors shall maintain the rules by keeping social distance between students, wearing masks, assigning seats, etc. as a person who in charge of prevention.
5) Indoor sports facilities(judo gym, gyms, etc.), other facilities(computer rooms, etc.), outdoor sports facilities(playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc.)
are open only for offline classes.

1. 目的
甲. 随着政府保持4阶段社会距离的方案延长， 根据 ‘2021学年度第二学期本科课程运营方案（2021.7.12.)' 开学前8周以线上课为基础进行本科课程.
乙. 随着4阶段的社会距离方案的延长，考虑到专业技能课的课程一直无法进行，学习环节缺损，通过线下课的运营基准进行改善.
※ 可能会根据新冠疫情情况变化重新调整授课运营方案.
2. 授课运营方案(开学6~8周)
甲. 时间 : 2021.10.6(周三) ~ 10.26(周二) [包括期中考试期间]
乙. 运营方案:
1) 适用现阶段保持社会距离的4阶段，全部线上授课
(但，专业技能课的情况下，可经新冠病毒 紧急对策委员会批准，可以进行不超过9人的线下授课)
2) 期中考试
- 可经新冠病毒 紧急对策委员会批准， 可以进行线下授课
※ ※线下考试时，以“线下课运行方针”为准则， 可以进行不超过9人的线下授课.
- 没有同意线下授课的科目以“线上考试”准则为主
3. 授课运营原则
甲. 线上授课以实时视频授课、教授亲自录制的视频授课及两种方式混合授课方式为主。
※ 视频授课时注意事项
- 视频授课以视频播放为出席认证，出勤标准与面对面授课相同。
- 同时播放视频课程（听课）属于不正当授课行为（双重出席），而且必须严格执行给予学分的授课出勤管理，因此不能同时播放。
乙. 线下授课
1) 线下授课时, 应保持安全距离, 讲师和学生需全程佩戴口罩遵守防疫原则, 并考虑教室密集度标准, 确保教室安全.
※ 如果学生人数超过标准时, 应改为可容纳学生数量的教室或追加其他教室以确保课程正常运行.
2) 网络授课和线下授课同时进行时, 禁止区别对待只参与网络授课的学生 [适用于"允许线下授课"科目]
※ 海外·地方居住者, 自我隔离者, 未同意线下授课者, 根据可调整线下授课人员数, 线下课程未参与者的课程将通过视频直播授课或通过假想大学的录播视频的方式进行授课.
3) 新型冠状病毒防疫指南
- 前后门设置发热检查, 教室准备消毒液, 全员佩戴口罩, 更换话筒防尘罩, 教室随时通风(授课前后及授课中随时打开门窗) 以及防疫,
空调等室内空气循环方式的空气净化装置使用时遵守防疫指南.
- 有新型冠状病毒感染(发热, 呼吸道症状等) 时, 不得参与线下授课, 通过ON국민포털K·TALK, 邮箱等进行事前申报, 并进行自我隔离.
4) 防疫及人员数根据每个学员的授课计划自行制定并运营:
讲师即防疫负责人, 需管理学生之间的安全距离, 确保学生佩戴口罩, 指导学生坐在指定座位等防疫指南的实施(教室防疫管理方针将根据7月份全面修改的教育部方针另行通知).
5) 室内体育设施(柔道场, 体育馆等) 及多功能室(计算机室等), 室外多功能体育设施(大运动场, 网球场、篮球场等) 仅限于线下授课时开放.
