담당업무
장비 설치 및 기술문제지원
고객 커뮤니케이션을 통한 시스템 결함 및 에러 해결
사전 점검을 통한 예방 업무 및 설비부품 유지관리
장비에 대한 지식과 이해를 바탕으로 장비 가동진단 및 고객 오퍼레이션 가이드
작업절차서, 서비스리포트 등 기술지원 제공 및 개선활동 수행
본사/어플리케이션 엔지니어와 소통 및 협력하여 종합적인 솔루션 제공
고객과의 소통을 통해 고객의 기술적인 요구사항을 반영하여 ZEISS 사업 기회 창출
지원자격
PROVE : Mask Overlay 및 Registration (중첩설계 정확도) 측정 장비
AIMS : 노광공정에서 웨이퍼에 발생할 수 있는 결함을 포토마스크 공정에서 사전에 검증할 수 있는 장비 (Ensuring defect free photomask)
Tuning : 포토마스크의 CD나 Registration이 수정 필요시, 교정해주기 위한 장비
MeRiT : 포토마스크 패턴결함을 증착 및 식각 기술로 수정하는 장비
