1. 신청 대상 : 학적부 사진 변경을 희망하는 재학생 및 휴학생
2. 신청 방법 : 각 학부(과) 담당 선생님 이메일로 신청
3. 신청 양식
- 제목 : 학번_이름_학적부사진변경
- 본문 : 안녕하세요. 경영대학 00학부 20230000 000입니다. 온라인 학적부 사진변경 신청합니다.
- 사진은 JPG 혹은 PNG 파일로 첨부 / 파일명 : 학번 및 이름 (20231111 OOO)
※ 셀카 혹은 정면이 아닌 사진, 그 외 규격에 맞지 않는 사진은 반려될 수 있습니다.
4. 유의 사항 : 학기 당 1회 사진 변경 가능. 본인 식별을 위한 자료로서 다른 목적으로 무분별한 변경을 금합니다.
