“비즈니스코칭” 과목 안내
본 과목은 과목을 수강하면 한국코치협회의 코치자격을 취득할 수 있도록 인증을 받아 새롭게 운영하는 과목입니다.
아래와 같은 수강생 혜택이 있습니다.
1. 비즈니스코칭은 수업은 코치 자격 교육(이론+실습)을 수강생에게 전액 지원하여 수업시간에 진행합니다.
(외부 기관에서 동일 과정을 이수할 경우 200만원 정도 소요됨)
2. 한 학기 동안 국내 주요 기업의 전현직 임원과 리더들로 구성된 멘토코치들과 1:1로 커리어 코칭을 받게 됩니다.
총 5~6명의 멘토코치를 만나게 되며, 이 비용 또한 전액 지원됩니다. 이분들과 네트워킹 및 경력과 취업에 대한
멘토링을 받을 수 있는 좋은 기회입니다.
3. 절대평가 과목이므로 이론과 실습수업에 성실히 참여하면 수강생 모두 좋은 학점을 받을 수 있습니다.
수업시간은 수요일 9~13시입니다.
실습과목이라 3학점이지만 이론 2시간 실습 2시간 배정되었습니다.
하지만 실습은 전화 멘토링 등 다양하게 운영되기 때문에 매번 4시간씩 꽉 차게 운영하지는 않습니다.
