Rather than ivory-tower scholarship, it is composed of five schools and eight majors that provide diverse practical experiences to meet the needs of businesses and society.

1. 모집분야:
- 인사(신입/경력): HRM/HRD 업무지원, 급여 업무지원,
임직원 근태관리, 기타 인사행정 업무
- 총무(신입/경력): 총무관리기획, 자산관리 프로세스 기획 및 운영,
임직원 복리후생 관리, 사내행사 기획 및 실행, 시설관리
* 희망하는 직무 선택 후 지원(자기소개서 제목란 인사or 총무 기입 필수)
2. 지원자격 및 우대사항
- 신입 지원 가능/ 경력1년~3년
인사직 우대사항: 경영학 전공자 우대, 문제해결/의사소통 능력 우수자
컴퓨터 활용능력 우수자, 운전면허 보유자
총무직 우대사항: 경영학 전공자 우대, 전산관리 경험자

3. 근무조건:
- 근무형태: 정규직(수습기간 만근3개월)
- 근무시간: 08:00~ 17:40
- 급여: 대졸 초임 연봉 4,800만원
- 근무지: 경기도 안산시 단원구 신원로91번길 61
- 비고: 월 1회 주말 근무 4시간 진행
4. 전형절차:
서류전형-> 1차면접전형(실무면접)-> 2차면접전형(임원면접)-> 최종합격
