Maersk Regional Management Training Program(RMT)지역경영 연수생 모집
RMT로서 귀하는 새로운 비즈니스 환경에 노출되는 집중적인 18개월 프로그램에 참여자 모집중.
직무 순환, 혼합 학습 활동, 경영 멘토링, 기업 교육 및 특별 프로젝트를 통해 실제 비즈니스 과제에
지식을 적용할 수 있는 전문 경험과 기회를 제공합니다.
전문가의 지도와 코칭 제공. 경영진, RMT 동문 및 동료 연수생들과의 네트워크 형성
창고 현장에서 글로벌 소매 고객을 위해 솔루션을 설계하고 구현하고 실행하는 방법을 직접 체험.
인재상:
· GPA가 좋은 학사 또는 석사 학위(모든 분야)
· 갓 졸업했거나 최대 2년의 근무 경험이 있는 자
· 강력한 분석 및 문제 해결 기술, 성공을 위한 추진력, 사전 예방적
· 공급망 산업에 대한 열정
· 좋은 말하기와 쓰기 영어
