근로계약 및 취업규칙은 각 한샘 공식 대리점별로 상이합니다.
급여는 기본급(최저 2,156,880원 / 2026년 月 209시간 기준) + 인센티브 + 각종 수당으로 구성
3. 업무영역
- 제안, 설계, 영업&고객관리, 시공감리

- 대리점 근로계약(근무) : 26년 7월 10일 이후부터 (직무교육 수료 및 대리점 근로계약 체결 시)
