2006년 대학종합평가 수검을 위한 자체평가보고서 집필경과 보고회가 2006.04.28(금) 15:30~18:00까지 본부관 대회의실에서 총장을 비롯한 자체평가기획위원회, 연구위원회 및 실무위원회 위원 40여명이 참석한 가운데 개최되었다.
총장은 격려사에서 대학종합평가 준비와 관련하여 이와 같은 설명회가 좋은 평가결과를 도출하기 위한 반드시 필요한 절차임을 설명하고, 여러 교수 및 직원의 적극적인 협조를 당부하였으며, 부총장은 보고회 총평에서 작년 대종평 연기 이후부터 지금까지 지표개선을 위해 노력한 여러 참석위원의 노고를 치하하고, 앞으로도 수검자료 준비에 만전을 기하여 줄 것을 주문하였다.
시종 진지한 분위기로 진행된 이날 보고회에서는 5월 말로 예정되어 있는 자체평가보고서 집필완료를 위하여 현재까지의 진척상황을 영역별로 보고하고 중요 평가지표에 대한 자체분석 결과 및 개선방향 등에 대한 토의가 이루어졌다.
