2단계 BK21사업에서 5개 핵심사업팀 선정돼

4월 27일 발표된 연구중심대학 육성을 위한 두뇌한국(BK)21 2단계 사업에서 우리대학의 5개 핵심사업팀이 선정되었다. 2단계 BK21사업은 올해부터 2012년까지 7년간 시행되며 2008년과 2011년에 각각 중간 평가하여 사업단은 1~2개 분야, 핵심사업팀은 하위 30%를 탈락시킬 예정이다. 특히, 2008년 중간평가에서는 탈락분야에 재진입도 가능하다. 우리대학 5개 핵심사업팀은 2006년도에 총 9억3천2백만 원의 국고지원을 받게 되며, 선정된 5개 핵심사업팀은 다음과 같다.
- 인문사회분야 : u-비즈니스 서비스모델 및 플랫폼연구팀(사업팀장 박수현 교수-비즈니스IT 전문대학원)
- 자연과학분야 : 기능성초미세 자성 연구팀(사업팀장 김철성 교수-일반대학원 물리학과)
- 공학 분야 : BcN-SoC 핵심인력 양성팀(사업팀장 김동명 교수-일반대학원 전자공학과)
- 공학 분야 : 차세대 RFID/USN 기술인력 양성팀(사업팀장 박준석 교수-일반 대학원 전자공학과)
- 예체능 분야 : 유비쿼터스 스마트 스페이스 디자이너 양성사업팀
