제47회 법의 날을 맞아 법무부와 대한변호사협회는 23일 오전 10시 서울 서초구 대검찰청 대강당에서 제47회 법의 날 기념식을 개최하였다.
이날 행사에서 장명봉 법과대학 명예교수는 척박한 연구환경에도 불구하고 40년간 북한법, 통일법 연구를 선도하여 북한법, 통일법연구의 학문적 기반을 구축함으로써 우리의 법학발전에 크게 기여함과 동시에 법률문화 향상에 이바지한 공로로 정부로부터 ‘국민훈장 동백장’을 포상받았다.
