김성겸 학생, 2014년도 관세사 최연소 합격 / 국제통상학과 11

지난 15일 관세청에서 발표한 90명의 제31회 관세사 최종합격자 중 국민대학교 경상대학 국제통상학과 11학번 김성겸 학생이 최연소로 최종 합격했다.지난 7월12일 치러진 2차 시험 응시자 867명 가운데 합격률은 10.4%로, 작년(11.4%) 보다 1.0%포인트 하락했으며, 최종 경쟁률은 9.6 대 1이였다. 여성 합격자는 총 30명(33.3%)으로 지난해보다 1명 늘었다.
합격자에게는 관세사법 제5조의 결격사유 확인 후 관세사자격증을 주며, 최종합격자는 관세사회에서 하는 6개월간의 실무수습을 받아야 관세사 사무소를 열고 직무를 볼 수 있다.
앞서 관세청은 자유무역협정(FTA)과 성실무역업체 상호인정약정(AEO MRA) 확대에 의한 전문 인력 수요 증대와 최근 응시자 증가 등을 반영해 올해부터 국가전문자격증인 관세사 합격인원을 최소 90명으로 확대한다고 지난 1월 밝힌 바 있다.
