2014 한국정보전자통신기술학회 춘계학술대회 우수논문상 수상 / 전자공학부

지난 5월 16일~17일에 열린 ‘한국정보전자통신기술학회 춘계학술대회’에서 본교 전자공학과 전미영, 정지훈, 오근영, 전미영 학생(지도교수: 정구민)이 ‘AllJoyn SDK를 이용한 근거리 소셜 채팅 어플리케이션의 개발’로 우수논문상을 수상했다.
이 논문에서는 퀄컴에 의해 개발된 IoT 관련 오픈 소스 프로젝트인 AllJoyn SDK를 이용하여 채팅 어플리케이션을 제안하고 구현하였다. 논문에서 제안한 어플리케이션은 Wifi 접속을 통해 근거리에 있는 모든 기기를 연결할 수 있다는 AllJoyn의 장점을 활용하여 지역 및 그룹 기반의 불특정 다수간에 커뮤니케이션을 가능케 한다. 또한, 사용자는 자신의 개인정보를 노출할 필요 없이 간단하고 편리하게 타인과 커뮤니케이션이 가능하다는 특징을 갖는다.
논문의 주저자인 전미영 학생은 “우수논문상을 받게 되어 매우 기쁘게 생각하고, 논문의 연구 및 개발에 도움을 주신 교수님에게 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 더욱 노력하여 발전해 가겠다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
