한국미생물·생명공학회 학술대회 우수포스터 발표상 수상 / 바이오발효융합학과 생화학연구실

2014년 6월 25일 부산 BEXCO에서 개최된 사단법인 한국미생물·생명공학회(회장 장효일) 학술대회에서 국민대학교 자연과학대학 바이오발효융합학과 생화학연구실 (지도교수 성문희)의 고혜정, 김종훈, 박건웅 학생이 포스터 발표에서 우수포스터 발표상을 수상했다.
한국미생물·생명공학회는 미생물 및 생명공학관련 국내 최대 학회로 이번 학술대회에서는 9개 분야의 국제 심포지엄과 17개 분야의 학술분과 발표가 진행되었으며, 포스터 발표세션에서는 총 683편의 포스터 발표가 진행되었다. 포스터 발표에 대하여 9개 연구 분야로 심사가 수행되어 각 분야에서 2편의 포스터 발표가 우수포스터 발표로 선정되어 상장과 상금이 수상된다.
바이오발효융합학과 생화학연구실의 고혜정 및 김종훈 학부생은 바이오발효융합학과 학부 졸업논문 연구과제로 진행한 국내 젓갈 김치에서 면역활성 및 항바이러스 활성을 보유한 바이오 식의약소재인 폴리감마글루탐산(Poly--glutamin acid, -PGA)을 생산하는 신규 고초균(바실러스균)의 분리·동정 및 생산에 대한 연구를 발표하여 한국미생물·생명공학회 우수 포스터 발표상을 수상받았다.
사단법인 한국미생물·생명공학회는 1973년 설립되어 미생물학, 생명공학 및 생물공학 등에 관한 연구 및 기술 발전에 기여하여 바이오산업 핵심 학회로 성장·발전하고 있다.
