제4회 북악법학학술상 수상 / 정진석(법학부) 교수

정진석 국민대학교 법과대학 법학부 교수, 신용인 제주대학교 법학전문대학원 교수가 23일 국민대학교 법학연구소에서 시상하는 제4회 북악법학학술상 수상자로 선정되었다.
국민대학교 법학연구소에서 시상하는 북악법학학술상은 국민대학교 법학연구소에서 발간하는 [법학논총](등재지)에 게재된 논문 중 법학논총의 학문적 위상을 드높이고 나아가 한국 법학발전에 기여한 바가 큰 논문을 선정하여 시상하고 있다.
이번 시상은 「국민대학교 법학연구소 학술상 규정」에 따라서 설치된 ‘국민대학교 북악법학학술상’ 시상위원회는 국민대학교 법학연구소가 연 3회 발행하는 『법학논총』 중 2016년과 2017년 발행본에 게재된 79편의 학술논문을 대상으로 심사를 진행하였고 예비회의와 본회의를 거쳐 최종 수상논문을 선정하였다.
정진석 교수의 “필리핀 대 중국 중재사건을 통해서 본 제7부속서 중재재판소의 중요성” (법학논총 제28권 제3호), 신용인 교수의 “민주공화주의에 대한 헌법적 고찰” (법학논총 제28권 제3호) 논문이 선정되었다.
