제40회 대한체육회장기 전국단체대항 볼링대회 여대부 2인조 우승 / 오아현(스포츠산업레저학과 18), 주혜연(스포츠산업레저학과 19) 학생

우리 대학 스포츠산업레저학과 오아현, 주혜연 학생이 제 40회 대한체육회장기 전국단체대항 볼링대회에서 여대부 2인조 우승을 차지했다.
11월 6일부터 11월 12일까지 경북 상주 월드컵볼링장에서 열린 경기에서 국민대학교 팀이 전남과학대 정윤경 선수와, 권혜인 선수를 제치고 금메달을 목에 걸었다. 오아현 선수와 주혜연 선수는 첫 게임부터 각각 212점과 213점으로 좋은 출발을 보였고 두 번째 게임에서 245점과 212점으로 단숨에 1위에 올랐다 하지만 세 번째 게임에서 205점과 182점으로 잠시 주춤하여 2위로 역전 당했지만, 마지막 네 번째 게임에서 190점과 247점으로 다시 1위를 탈환하며 팀 1,706점(4게임 평균 213.3점)으로 우승을 거머쥐었다.
코로나19가 기승을 부리는 열악한 환경에서도 국민대 볼링팀 선수들이 쉬지 않고 훈련에 열심히 임한 결과라고 볼 수 있다. 특히 국민대 여자 볼링팀 최초로 거머쥔 2인조 금메달이기에 더욱 뜻깊은 메달이다.
