2022 한국식품과학회 국제학술대회 대학원생 우수논문 발표상/ 최지은(일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사 22) 학생

지난 7월 7일 “Carving a New Era Through in Food Science and Biotechnology”을 주제로 개최된 “2022년도 한국식품과학회 국제학술대회”에서 국민대학교 식품영양학과 최지은(식품영양학과 석사과정 22학번, 지도교수 장윤지) 학생이 대학원생 우수논문 선발대회 석사 1등상을 수상했다.
본 정기학술대회는 국내외 식품과학 전문가들이 참석하여 식품과학과 관련된 학술적 교류를 통하여 학술진흥, 식품산업 발전 그리고 국민 식생활의 과학화에 기여하는 국내 최대 규모의 식품과학기술분야 전문학회이다.
대학원생 우수논문 선발대회에서 수상한 국민대학교 최지은 학생은 식품의 신선도 및 안전성 향상을 목적으로 젤라틴-카제인나트륨 혼합물에 엘더베리 추출물을 첨가한 항산화 가식성 필름 개발[Development of an antioxidant edible film formulated with gelatin-sodium caseinate composite and elderberry (Sambucus nigra L.) extract] 연구를 수행하여 우수 논문 발표 1등상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
