2022 한국미생물∙생물공학회 국제학술대회 대학원생 CJ 포스터발표상/신준영(일반대학원 바이오발효융합학과 석사 21)학생

지난 6월 24일 개최된 2022년 제49회 한국미생물∙생명공학회 국제학술대회”에서 국민대학교 바이오발효융합학과 신준영(바이오발효융합학과 석사과정 21학번, 지도교수: 서주현) 학생이 대학원생 포스터 발표에서 “Evolution of Metagenome-Originated Lipase and Elucidation of Enhanced Activity of Mutant Using Molecular Dynamics and Binding Free energy calculation”을 주제로 발표하여, CJ 포스터 발표상을 수상했다.
한국미생물∙생명공학회 국제학술대회는 국내외 미생물 및 생물공학 전문가들이 참석하여 미생물과 생물공학에 관련된 학술적 교류를 통하여 학술진흥, 생물공학 기술 발전에 기여하는 국내 최대 규모의 미생물 및 생물공학 전문 학회이다.
대학원생 포스터 발표대회에서 수상한 국민대학교 신준영 학생은 Lipase를 Evolution하여 활성도가 증가한 효소를 발굴하고, Molecular dynamics라는 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 방법을 사용하여 활성도가 증가한 원인을 증명하며 CJ 포스터 발표상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다. CJ포스터 발표상을 후원한 CJ바이오는 수상자가 입사지원을 할 경우 가점을 부여한다고 밝혔다.
