MSK2023 한국미생물학회 국제학술대회 대학원생 우수포스터 수상 / 박시연(일반대학원 식품영양학과 석사과정 23) 학생

지난 10월 25일부터 27일까지 여수엑스포컨벤션센터에서 개최된 “MSK2023 한국미생물학회 국제학술대회”에서 우리 대학 식품영양학과 박시연(석사과정 23학번, 지도교수 장윤지) 학생이 <응용 미생물학 분과>에서 우수포스터상을 수상했다.
본 정기학술대회는 우리나라의 기초 미생물학 분야를 대표하는 학술단체로 국내외 미생물 전문가들이 참석하여 미생물과 관련된 학술적 교류를 통하여 기초 및 응용 미생물학 전반에 관한 연구를 장려하고 그 지식을 보급하는 것을 사명으로 하는 국내 미생물학 분야 전문 학회이다.
국민대학교 박시연 학생은 장염 비브리오를 제어하는 박테리오파지를 첨가한 칼슘 알긴산 이온 가교결합 필름에서의 파지 방출 거동 및 항비브리오능 [Release behavior and anti-Vibrio effects of Ca2+-alginate-phage bacteriophage film] 연구를 수행하여 우수포스터상 수상이라는 쾌거를 달성하였다.
