ICGSK 2023 우수 구두발표상 및 우수포스터 발표상 수상 다멘드라 나쓰 (일반대학원 바이오발효융합학과 박사 20), 로자니 프라단 (박사 21), 상지운 (박사 19) 학생

지난 10월 18일부터 20일까지 사흘간 부산 BEXCO에서 개최된 ICGSK 2023 국제학술대회(한국유전학회 주관)에서 바이오발효융합학과 3명의 박사 수료생이 우수 구두발표상 및 우수포스터 발표상을 수상하였다.
ICGSK는 올해에는 ‘Advances in Cancer Genetics: Past, Present, and Future’라는 슬로건을 내걸며 진행됐다. 종양유전학을 포함하여 발생유전학, 법유전학, 식물유전학, 염색체 및 유전체학, 의학유전학 등 한국유전학회의 6개 학술분과 관련 최신 지식과 정보를 교류하기 위해 국내외 5백여명의 과학자가 부산에 모였다.
Dharmendra Nath 학생 (일반대학원 바이오발효융합학과 박사 20, 이하 지도교수 이영석)과 Roshani Pradhan 학생 (일반대학원 바이오발효융합학과 박사 21)은 각각 “TRP Channels Involved in Cold Susceptibility and Metabolic Regulation”과 “Unraveling the Cellular and Molecular Basis of Cantharidin Taste Perception”라는 제목으로 우수구두발표에 선정되었으며, 상지운 학생 (일반대학원 바이오발효융합학과 박사 19)은 “Regulation of Salt Ingestion in Internal Organ of Drosophila melanogaster”라는 제목으로 우수포스터 발표에 선정되었다.
본 연구는 과학기술정보통신부의 개인기초연구사업 중견연구(연구책임 이영석)와 환경부 Eco-생물소재 고급인재양성 특성화대학원 사업(단장 박용철)의 지원을 받아 진행되었다.
