2025 대한약학회 추계국제학술대회 수상 / 김주은(바이오의약전공) 교수 연구팀

국민대학교 바이오의약학과 대학원생들이 지난 10월 코엑스마곡에서 개최된 '2025 대한약학회 추계국제학술대회'에서 우수한 성과를 거뒀다.
학술대회에서 우호식 석사과정생(25)은 구두발표상을, 윤주현 석사과정생(28)은 트래블어워드를 수상했다.
우호식 석사과정생은 발사르탄 제형 개발을 위해 일반 습식과립 공정과 가용화 기반 습식과립 공정을 비교·평가해, 의약품동등성 기준을 충족하는 결과를 확보하고, 발사르탄뿐 아니라 다른 사르탄 계열 의약품에도 적용 가능한 상용화 공정 전략을 제시하는 연구를 발표하였다.
윤주현 석사과정생은 연속 습식과립 공정을 활용해 아미오다론 염산염 정제의 제조 공정을 효율적으로 설계 및 최적화하고, 기존 배치 공정과 동등한 품질의 제형을 연속공정으로 생산할 수 있는 전략을 제시하는 연구를 발표했다.
위 2인의 연구는 모두 산업약학 분야에서 필요성과 우수성을 인정받아 수상의 영예를 안게 됐다.
지도교수인 국민대학교 응용화학부 바이오의약전공 김주은 교수는 "대한약학회 국제학술대회와 같은 권위 있는 자리에서 제자들이 우수한 성과를 인정받아 매우 기쁘고 뜻깊게 생각한다"며 "의미 있는 제약 및 산업약학 연구를 통해 국민 건강에 이바지할 수 있도록 지속적인 연구와 노력을 이어나갈것"이라고 전했다.
