정치실무과정·군 간부 석사과정 운영
국민대학교(총장 유지수) 정치대학원이 2019학년도 전기 신입생을 모집한다. 모집 전공으로는 정치실무 과정의 △리더십 개발 전공 △의회·지방정치 전공 △선거캠페인 전공 △시민거버넌스 전공 △국가전략 전공(2018년 신설)과, 군 간부 석사과정의 △글로벌안보리더십 전공 △안보전략 전공 △국방관리 전공이 있다.
입학전형으로 1차 서류평가와 2차 면접이 진행되며, 국내외 대학에서 학사학위를 취득(예정)한 자 또는 법령에 의해 이와 동등한 학력이 있다고 인정되는 자라면 누구나 지원할 수 있다. 온라인 접수만 가능하며, 자세한 사항은 국민대 정치대학원 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다. 모집 기간은 오는 11월 8일까지다.
국민대 정치대학원은 1995년에 개원해 22년의 역사와 전통을 바탕으로 정치실무 양성과정을 개설했다. 매주 화요일과 목요일 주 2회 야간수업을 진행하며, 직장과 석사 학업을 병행할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있어 현직 의원 및 직장인들이 다수 재학 중이다.
또한 정치실무 과정 외에도 주 1회 토요일 수업을 진행하는 ‘군 간부 석사과정’이 있다. 현직 직업 군인들의 국방정책과 국가 안보에 대한 전문성을 기르기 위해 개설됐으며, 공무로 바쁜 군인들을 배려해 개설한 온라인 강좌는 군 간부 석사과정의 장점이라고 할 수 있다..
