2020학년도 2학기 9주차 이후 학부 수업운영 방안 안내 
(2020.10.13.기준)

1. 목적
  가. 사회적 거리두기가 조정됨에 따라 전공 이론수업 및 실험ㆍ실습ㆍ실기 수업에 대해 대면 수업을 허용함으로써 교육목적을 달성하고, 수업의 질을 담보하고자 함.
  나. 대면, 비대면 병행 수업으로 운영하되, 코로나19 확산을 방지하고자 방역지침을 준수하여 대면수업을 진행하고자 함. 
      ※ 코로나19 상황 변화에 따라 수업운영 방안이 재조정될 수 있음.

2. 수업운영 방안 (개강 9주차 이후)
  가. 기간: 10.27.(화) 이후
  나. 운영방안
      1) 이론(실험ㆍ실습 병행 교과목 포함)
        - 전공: 비대면 원칙(**)         
         - 교양: 전면 비대면
      2) 실험ㆍ실습ㆍ실기
         - 전공: 대면수업 가능(**)
         - 교양: 비대면 원칙(**)
      ※ (**)로 표시된 전공 이론수업, 실험ㆍ실습ㆍ실기 수업은 교육목적 달성을 위해 반드시 필요한 경우 비상대책위원회 승인을 거쳐 대면수업이 가능함.
         (비승인 교과목은 비대면수업으로 진행)
      ※ 대면수업 진행 조건(2가지 사항 모두 준수)
         ① 대면수업 참여 수강생 수가 50명 미만이어야 함.
         ② 안전거리 유지 등 방역지침을 준수하여야 하며, 수강생 수가 강의실 수용인원의 1/3 이하가 되도록 강의실을 확보하여야 함.

  다. 수업운영 원칙
     1) 비대면수업: 실시간 화상 강의, 교강사가 직접 제작한 동영상 강의 및 두 방식 혼합형태를 위주로 진행함.
     2) 대면수업
        가) 비상대책위원회로부터 승인을 받은 교과목에 한해 진행
        나) 온라인수업 동시 제공 및 대면수업 불참자에 대한 역차별 금지
            ※ 대면수업 미참여자는 수업을 실시간 화상수업으로 생중계하거나 강의 녹화 동영상을 가상대학 통해 탑재하여 온라인수업 병행하여 제공
        다) 코로나19 방역지침 준수
        라) 방역 및 구성원 통제는 각 단과대학에서 자체 계획을 수립하여 운영 :
            담당 교강사가 방역책임자가 되어 학생 간 거리 두기, 마스크 착용, 지정 좌석 착석 등 방역지침 준수 여부를 관리

3. 대면수업 세부 원칙
  가. 강의실 이외의 공간(전산실, 운동장 등) 사용 
     1) 실내 다중체육시설(유도장, 체육관 등) 및 다중이용시설(전산실 등)은 대면수업에 한하여 개방
     2) 실외 다중체육시설(대운동장, 테니스장, 농구장 등)의 경우에도 대면수업에 한하여 개방함.

  나. 수업 참석 인원이 50명 미만, 강의실 수용 인원의 1/3 이하가 되도록 강의실 확보
     1) 대면수업의 경우 안전거리 유지, 교강사ㆍ학생 전원 마스크 착용 등 방역원칙을 준수하여야 하며,  수강생 수가 50명 미만, 강의실 수용 인원의 1/3 이하가 되도록 강의실 확보가 필요함. 
     2) 수강생 수가 기준을 초과할 경우 수강생 수용이 가능한 강의실로 변경하거나 강의실을 추가로 확보하여 수업을 진행하여야 함. 

  다. 온라인수업 동시 제공 및 대면수업 불참자에 대한 역차별 금지
     1) 코로나19 감염증상(발열, 호흡기증상 등)이 있는 경우 대면수업에 참여하지 않고 교강사에게 사전 신고하여(K·PUSH+, 이메일 등) 3~4일 자가격리할 수 있도록 안내하며, 결석에 따른 불이익이 없도록 조치하여 주시기 바람.
     2) 해외·지방 거주자, 자가격리자, 대면수업 미동의자, 대면수업 수강인원 조정에 따른  대면수업 미참여자는 수업을 실시간 화상수업으로 생중계하거나 강의 녹화 동영상을  가상대학 통해 탑재하여 온라인수업 병행하여 제공

  라. 코로나19 방역지침 준수 
     1) 정·후문 발열체크, 강의실 손소독제 비치, 전원 마스크 착용, 마이크 덮개 교체, 강의실 수시 환기 (수업 전후 및 수업 중 수시로 창문·출입문 개방) 및 방역, 에어컨 등 실내공기 순환방식의 공기정화장치·설비 사용 시 방역지침 준수
     2) 코로나19 감염증상(발열, 호흡기증상 등)이 있는 경우 대면수업 참여 불가 등
     
  마. 대면수업 관련 방역 및 구성원 통제는 각 단과대학에서 자체 계획을 수립하여 운영 :
      수업별 담당 교강사가 방역책임자가 되어 학생 간 거리 두기, 마스크 착용, 지정 좌석 착석 등 방역지침 준수 여부를 관리

1. 目标

甲. 根据社会隔离的调整，为了达到教育目标，允许各专业理论课程与需要实验，实习，技能课程达成面对面授课，担保课程质量。

乙. 授课运营以"非对面，面对面并行"为中心，在防止疫情扩散和防疫指南的基准下进行面对面授课。
※ 根据新冠疫情状况的变化有可能调整授课运营方案。

2. 授课运营方案（开讲9周后）

甲. 时间：10.27（周二）以后

乙. 运营方案(限行维持)

1) 理论（包括实验、实习并行的科目）及教养科目

- 专业: 非对面 原则(**)
- 教养: 全面 非对面

2) '实验·实习·技能'专业科目:

- 专业: 面对面课程 可以(**)

- 教养: 非对面 原则(**)

※ (**)标注的理论课程, 实验·实习·技能课程为了达成教育目标一定需要的情况下，经紧急措施委员会的批准下可以进行面对面课程  (未经批准的科目进行非对面课程)

进行面对面课程的条件（两个事项全部符合的基准下）

① 面对面课程参与学生限制在50名以下

②在维持安全隔离等防御措施基准同时，要确保上课的学生数量在教室容纳人数的1/3以下

丙. 课程运营原则

1) 非面授课: 教授亲自制作的视频讲义、实时视频授课、以上两种方式混合为主进行授课。

2) 面对面授课

甲) 仅限于获得紧急对策委员会批准的科目进行

乙) 同时提供在线讲义，禁止对不参加面对面授课者进行差别化对待。

※ 面对面授课未参与者通过实时视频或虚拟大学上传的授课视频。

丙) 遵守冠状19防疫方针

丁) 各学院自行制定并运营防疫及成员控制计划:

负责教学的讲师成为防疫负责人，学生之间保持距离、戴口罩、坐指定座位等 管理防疫方针是否遵守。

3. 面对面授课的详细原则

甲. 教学室以外的空间（计算机房、运动场等）使用

1) 室内体育设施（柔道场、体育馆等）及多重使用设施（计算机室等）仅限于面对面授课。

2) 室外体育设施（大运动场、网球场、篮球场等）在进行对面授课时使用。

乙. 确保授课人员不足50名，授课人员少于教室可容纳人员的1/3。

1) 面对面授课时，应遵守保持安全距离、教讲师、学生全员戴上口罩等防疫原则，需要确保听 生人数不足50名，听课人数少于教室可容纳人员1/3的教室。

2) 当听课生人数超过标准时，请改为可容纳听课生的教室或追加教室确保进行授课。  

丙. 同时提供在线授课及非面授课的课程，禁止对不参加面对面授课者进行差别化对待。

1) 如有冠状19感染症状（发热、呼吸道症状等），请告知学生不要参加面对面授课，而是事先向讲师申报（K-PUSH+、电子邮件等），可自理3~4天，并请采取相应措施，避免新冠带来的不良影响。

2) 海外地方居住者、自我隔离者、面对面授课不可者、面对面授课听课人员调整后的面对授课未参与者，通过实时视频授课进行现场直播或通过虚拟大学搭载授课录像，并同时提在线授课。

丁. 遵守新冠19防疫指南

1) 正、后门发热检查、教室洗手消毒剂备置、戴上口罩、更换麦克风盖、随时换气（授课前后, 上课时随时开放窗户、出入门）及防疫、空调等室内空气循环方式的空气净化装置、设备使用,遵守防疫指南.

2) 出现冠状19感染症状（发热、呼吸道症状等）时，不能参加面对面授课等

戊. 面授课相关防疫及成员控制由各专科大学自行制定计划运营:

各课授课教师成为防疫负责人，管理学生间距离、戴口罩、坐指定座位等是否遵守防疫方针

Class Operation Plan from 9th week of Fall Semester 2020

(for Undergraduate Program. as of 2020.Oct.13.)

1. Purpose

     A. As social distancing policy readjusted to the 1st step, school will allow face-to-face classes for the major theory subjects and major courses with practice or experiment to achieve the educational purpose and guarantee the quality of classes.

     B. Both face-to-face classes and non-face-to-face classes will be both operated in compliance with the prevention guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

          ※ The class operation plan could be readjusted depending on the situation of COVID-19.

2. Class Operation Plan (from 9th week of the semester)

     A. Period: from October 27 (tue) ~

     B. Operation Plan

1) Theory subjects(including having experimental and practical plans) and liberal arts

          - Major courses : non-face-to-face classes in principle(**)

          - Liberal arts : Only non-face-to-face classes

             2) Major courses focused in ‘experimental, practical’:

          - Major : face-to-face classes available(**)

          - liberal arts : non-face-to-face classes in principle(**)

※ Classes with (**) marks such as major theory classes and the subjects focused in ‘experimental, practical’ could be conducted as face-to-face classes with the approval by the emergency committee if necessary to achieve the educational purpose. (non-approved subjects are conducted as non-face-to-face classes)

※ Conditions for face-to-face classes (in compliance with the below two conditions)

1) The number of students attending face-to-face classes should be less than 50.

2) The prevention guidelines such as maintaining safe distance must be followed. Also, classroom should be secured to hold less than 1/3 of the classroom’s capacity.

     C. Principle of Class Operation

1) Online class : will be operated by mixed way of the video lectures produced by the instructor and real-time video lectures.

2) Face-to-face class

a. Only for subjects approved by the emergency committee

b. Online classes should be provided simultaneously and reverse discrimination is prohibited against those who do not attend face-to-face classes.

※ Instructors must provide online lectures such as live video classes or video recordings of the lecture through e-Campus for those who do not attend face-to-face classes.

c. Comply with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines.

d. Each college manages its own plan for disinfection and control of its members: the instructor becomes the person in charge of disinfection and manages the prevention guidelines such as social distancing, wearing masks, and seating designated seats.

3. Detailed principles for face-to-face classes

     A. Use the space other than classroom such as computer room, playground, etc.

1) Indoor multi-sports facilities (judo-gym, main gymnasium, etc.) and Complex facilities (computer rooms, etc.) are open only for face-to-face classes.

2) Outdoor multi-gym facilities(main playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc.) are also open only for face-to-face classes.

     B. Securing a classroom as number of attending students less than 50 and also less than 1/3 of the room’s capacity.

      1) In case of face-to-face classes, the prevention principles, such as maintaining safe distance, wearing masks for all instructors and students, must be followed, and the classroom needs to be secured so that the number of attending student is less than 50 and the class accommodate less than the 1/3 of the room’s capacity.

      2) If the number of attending students exceed the standard, the classroom should be change to a bigger room or extra classroom should be provided.

     C. Online classes should be provided simultaneously and reverse discrimination is prohibited against those who do not attend face-to-face classes.

      1) If you have symptoms of COVID-19(high temperature, heavy breathing, etc.), please report it to the instructor in advance(by K·PUSH, e-mail, etc.) without attending face-to-face classes so that you can take self-quarantine for 3-4 days and take measures to prevent any disadvantages caused by absence.

      2) Students staying overseas, currently in self-quarantine or those who do not agree to attend the face-to-face classes or can not participate in face-to-face classes due to limitation on student number of face-to-face classes will be provided online classes such as zoom or uploaded video lectures through e-Campus.

     D. COVID-19 disinfection guidelines

      1) Follow the guidelines : Checking body temperature at the front·back gate, setting hand sanitizers in each classroom, wearing a face mask, replacing microphone covers, frequent ventilation and disinfection of the classroom(open windows and doors frequently before and during the class), and using air purification systems and equipment based on guideline to use them

      2) Students who have any symptoms of COVID-19 are not allowed to attend face-to-face classes.
