이라크 중앙 전자정부 연수과정 진행 / 국정관리전략연구소(소장 홍성걸 교수)

2016년 5월 22일부터 6월 7일까지 17일간 KOICA가 주관하고 국민대학교 국정관리전략연구소(소장: 행정정책학부 홍성걸 교수)가 주최하는 ‘이라크 중앙 전자정부 연수과정’이 국민대학교 본부관에서 진행 중이다.
‘이라크 중앙 전자정부 연수과정’은 KOICA에서 주관하는 ODA(공적개발원조) 사업 중 하나로서 최근 3년 동안 매년 3회 진행되었으며, 마지막 연수과정인 2016년에는 총 20명의 이라크 중앙 전자정부 분야 별 고위 공무원들이 참여했다.
연수과정은 전자정부(e-Government) 관련 강의, 산업시찰 통해 대한민국 전자정부의 노하우를 교육하고, 이라크 연수과정 참여자들은 전자정부정책 수립과 전자정부 발전에 이바지 하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.
올해 산업시찰은 정보통신정책연구원(KISDI), 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI), 정부통합전산센터(NCIS), 한국정보화진흥원(NIA), 다산콜센터, 서울시데이터센터, 한국인터넷진흥원 등을 2박 3일 동안 방문하는 것으로 진행되었으며, 경주 유적지, 국민대학교 명원민속관, 서울시내투어 등 대한민국의 문화를 체험할 수 있는 프로그램도 같이 진행되었다.
이라크 중앙 전자정부 연수과정 수료식은 6월 6일 국민대 본부관에서 진행된다.
